This is a blog that documents the my journey to IVF, and talks about all the things I have learnt from my TTC experience from the last couple of years.

Having trouble getting pregnant is a horrible thing, that affects too many women today. One cannot really understand or even imagine the pain until one actually experiences it. And unfortunately, aside of having to go through such a trying time, couples (and women in particular) have to face insensitive and completely tactless comments – sometimes from well meaning friends.

But the sad fact is that one in 10 couples has a rough time getting pregnant. Some journeys are harder than others. Some, much much much harder.

This blog talks about my own – and everything I’ve learnt along the way.

does it ever get better? me and my wife have been trying for 17 months and we just failed our first cycle of IUI with injectionables. How do you survive? and have the will to keep on trying?
